Return of Product
Equipment and or Parts that have been installed are not returnable. Special parts or items requested as special or specific requested to import from one of our manufacturing suppliers are not returnable. All products still in their original shipping container that have not been opened or installed may be returned, with authorization approval from our sales department within 10 days from purchase date. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all parts and equipment returned with approval by our parts department. Shipping charges are not refundable to and from shipping locations.

If purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to nyvalves.com by these 7.Conditions.1. As long as the product purchase has not been installed or damaged in any way. 2. The purchase product is in its original shipping container. 3. All return items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. 4. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 5.
